It's free, and it isn't a trial. Every feature is switched on, seats are unlimited, and the only limit is a daily credit allowance shared across your organization. One caveat, said plainly: we're in beta, so free is what it costs for now. Pricing will change at some point, and we can't tell you how yet.

Right now, most actions that run an inference against the model: pulling and interpreting campaign data, building and QA'ing campaigns, running analyses, and executing your automations. Credits are counted per organization per day, not per person, and the allowance resets every day. Getting more granular and more predictable about this is one of the things beta is for.

Beta pricing ends when Mojo reaches general availability, and you'll get notice in writing before anything on your bill changes. Plus is monthly only for exactly that reason. We're not going to ask you to prepay a year against a number we've already told you is going to move.

Plus is purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout, so your card details go to Stripe and not to us. Cancelling is self-serve from your billing settings and takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.

Mojo is built and operated by Demandbase, Inc. Your connected platforms stay under your control, and Mojo asks for approval before anything touches a live campaign. You can read how connections and permissions work in the integration docs.
